INGREDIENTS

• Clary Sage is known to help balance hormones, decrease anxiety, improve sleep, reduce hot flushes and fight weight gain. It is known to induce feelings of wellness, and because it reduces blood pressure, it elicits feelings of relaxation and calm.
• Fennel essential oil has a sweet, earthy, anise-like aroma that is energising, vitalising and balancing, and which helps to support feelings of harmony and wellbeing. It has been shown to have relaxing effects on the body.
• Sage, relaxing, soothing and balancing, has a spicy, herbaceous aroma and has been used for centuries to cleanse and purify the air.
• Lavender has a fresh, sweet, herbaceous scent that is soothing and refreshing. It’s a great aid for relaxing and winding down before bedtime, yet also has adaptogen and balancing properties that can boost stamina and energy when necessary.
• Rose Geranium is a calming and anti-depressive oil that helps to relieve nervous tension and uplift the spirit. Its sweet, flowery, aromatic scent helps to release negativity both in the mind and body.

APPLICATION

Spritz two to three times and inhale the beautiful aromas. The mist is perfect to use on your clothes, linen and pillows, as a house and bathroom freshener, or in your car. Also good to use in an aromatherapy burner.
